Palmerton senior walks the runway at New York Fashion Week

On February 10, 2022, Palmerton Area School District senior Isabella Mujevic made her New York Fashion Week runway debut walking for up-and-coming designer Yvari Toussaint. SohoMuse and Runway 7 presented Runway Muse, a national student design competition, at New York Fashion Week, and Isabella walked the runway in this show. This New York Fashion Week show was judged by several industry insiders, and Isabella received this opportunity through her mother agency “For Real” New York City Model Management. Isabella intends to collaborate with Yvari on future projects and hopes to return to the runway walking in several New York Fashion Week Fall 2022 shows.

“We are so proud of Isabella and all of her accomplishments. Isabella is more than just a pretty face. She is an intelligent, involved, well-rounded student who balances her school and work life extremely well,” said Dr. Jodi Frankelli, superintendent of the Palmerton Area School District.
