Senior selected to speak at Red Ribbon Rally

Jaylynn Anderson was among the three student speakers to be featured during the 2024 Red Ribbon Rally.

MAHS Senior Jaylynn Anderson was among the featured student speakers at the 2024 Somerset County Red Ribbon Rally and Awards Ceremony held October 18 at the Somerset Church of the Brethren.

Nominated by MAHS SADD advisor Elizabeth McClintock, Anderson was among just three students selected by the Red Ribbon Committee for this honor. Miss Anderson spoke of Jaylynn’s dedication and commitment to the community and how her choice to be drug free has afforded her many opportunities and experiences.

McClintock said she nominated Anderson for this honor based on her dedication and commitment to SADD and the many other organizations she proudly serves.

Anderson and her fellow SADD members have many activities and events planned to observe Red Ribbon Week 2024!
