Recipients include the following teachers: Ms. Mackenzie Clark, Ms. Brooke Wilson, Ms. Erin Burkhart, Ms. Matilda Shay, Ms. Claire Staudacher, Mr. Gabe Miller and Ms. Ellie Sgro.
“This recognition holds great significance for us, as it not only highlights our dedication to middle-level development but also reaffirms our unwavering commitment to continuous growth and excellence,” said Dr. Tony Babusci, Ryan Gloyer Middle School principal. “We take pride in providing meaningful learning experiences, empowering student success and making a positive impact.”
The Leonard R. Ference Outstanding Administrator Award is sought to honor administrators who value, understand and support middle level education practices that promote powerful learning for young adolescents. The PAMLE Promising Practitioners Award: New Teacher Award is presented to teachers who are just beginning their middle school careers and have made a positive impact on both their school and community.
“The entire staff of Ryan Gloyer Middle School should be very proud of these prestigious awards,” said Dr. Matt McKinley, assistant superintendent, grades 7-12. “They are deeply committed to their students and, through teamwork and collaboration, strive to foster a love for lifelong learning. I congratulate them on their dedication and hard work.”
PAMLE is the leading advocate for middle level education in the state of Pennsylvania, dedicated to maximizing student achievement in a safe, innovative and developmentally appropriate environment.
