PBIS Fidelity Recognition

Congratulations to Ehrman Crest Middle School (ECMS) on meeting the criteria as a Tier 1 School-Wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (SWPBIS) program on behalf of the Pennsylvania Positive Behavior Support (PAPBS) Network. SWPBIS is a framework to make schools more effective places.

By implementing evidence-based practices within a PBIS framework, schools support their students’ academic, social, emotional and behavioral success, engage with families and use data to make informed decisions that improve the way things work.

During the 2021-2022 school year, ECMS successfully implemented a school-wide program that established and articulated clear and consistent expectations while recognizing students for their positive efforts. The teachers and staff have worked diligently to build a culture that focuses on the positive behaviors that students exhibit daily. Ehrman Crest Middle School looks forward to pursuing their Tier 2 recognition next!
