Kindness on display

Kindness certificates line our hallway at Summitview Elementary School in Waynesboro, PA.

In a heartwarming school initiative, students from kindergarten through fifth grade participated in a program designed to promote kindness and positivity. As part of the activity, each student wrote thoughtful messages expressing appreciation, encouragement or compliments for their classmates. These messages were inscribed on special certificates, adding a formal and celebratory touch to the gesture.

Once completed, the certificates were proudly displayed along the walls of the school’s main hallway, creating a vibrant and uplifting showcase of kindness. The program not only fostered a sense of community and support among the students but also brightened the school environment with visible reminders of goodwill, accessible to all who passed through the hallway.
