Elementary News Networks promote technology & creativity

Amani Adegboyega, Domenik Storz and Jordyn Jenkins did an outstanding job as Keystone News Network’s first-ever news anchors.
All three elementary schools, Brookwood, Keystone, and Mill Creek Elementary, now have their own News Networks. They recently produced their first episodes and premiered them on their YouTube channels.
Students are learning the technical side of broadcasting as well as the creative side of writing stories and segments. Students are taking turns to experience the following positions: news anchor, weather reporter, audio technician, live stream coordinator, graphics editor and producer.
