East Juniata theatre students shine at ‘Stardust Diner’ collaboration with Old Mill Coffeehouse

TAG recently hosted “Stardust Diner” at the Old Mill Coffeehouse in Richfield, PA, a creative collaboration between the East Juniata High School (EJHS) Theatre Program and the local coffeehouse. Inspired by Ellen’s Stardust Diner in NYC, the event combined live musical performances with a classic diner experience, as student performers served guests while serenading them with selections from their upcoming spring production of “The Hello Girls.”

The evening provided students with a unique opportunity to engage directly with the audience in an interactive setting, showcasing their vocal talents while building confidence and stage presence. Guests enjoyed great food, live entertainment and a preview of what’s to come when East Juniata High School presents “The Hello Girls” in March. The event highlighted the strength of community partnerships and the creativity of EJHS Theatre students in bringing the arts beyond the traditional stage.
