BHS students showcase The Partners Model for regional superintendents
Mr. Eric Jankoski and a group of Baldwin High School students presented on the Partners Model of education at the AIU Superintendent’s Forum in Erie on October 3, 2024. Their presentation highlighted that the Baldwin-Whitehall School District is at the forefront of making learning inclusive and enriching for all students.
The Partners Model pairs students with and without disabilities to work together in academic and extracurricular contexts — everything from PE to student-run businesses. Jankoski, Baldwin High School transitions coordinator, shares, “The Partners Model is a way to make true change from the inside out by helping to make the entire school more inclusive for students WITH and WITHOUT disabilities by showing what can be achieved when working together on a common goal.”
