Please list the individual coordinating the GPS Learning Lab visit for your district. This person will serve as the main point of contact for scheduling and logistics, but does not need to be the person facilitating the Lab on site.

The GPS Learning Lab is typically scheduled for a full week, Monday through Friday. While districts may opt for fewer days, all scheduled days must fall within the same week. The pricing is a flat fee regardless of the number of days the Learning Lab is used. The rental fee is $5,000/week. Please select the MONDAY of the week you wish to reserve the Learning Lab below in preference order.

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that the cost to host the GPS Learning Lab is $5,000. I understand that to confirm our reservation, the district must submit a signed Service Agreement and payment at least 10 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. I also understand that submitting this form does not guarantee a reservation—a GPS staff member will follow up to finalize scheduling details.
