Congratulations to the Pleasant Valley Middle School 6th Grade team for their victory in the Sixth Sense competition! We are incredibly proud of their achievement.

Sixth Sense is an academic competition involving school districts in parts of Carbon, Lehigh and Monroe Counties. Districts assemble teams of six sixth-grade students who compete against other schools in the region. Team membership is determined through a series of assessments. The competition tests students’ knowledge in subjects such as math, science, social studies, language arts and the arts. The competition aims to foster an educational environment where students can build friendships and test their knowledge in a fun and competitive setting.

In the final round, our students competed against Tamaqua, Northern Lehigh, Lehighton and Palmerton and went undefeated against Tamaqua, Northern Lehigh and Lehighton!
