WASHS Cheer Squad dances with pre-K students at our Winter Pep Rally

Waynesboro Area Senior High School is the location of five pre-K classrooms run through a collaboration between the Waynesboro Area School District and First Start Partnerships of Franklin County. We strive to make every student feel a part of our school community and love to include our pre-K students in high school activities!

We recently celebrated winter spirit week in anticipation of a winter semi-formal dance and had a pep rally where preschoolers joined the fun and helped with a game.

Plus, leading up to a community event called Pack the House Night where we welcome our entire community to “pack the house” for girls and boys basketball games, members of the WASHS cheer squad and boys and girls basketball teams recently volunteered to read to pre-K classes.
