Veterans Day celebrations in Peters Township

Jason Camilletti was a special guest interview at the middle school.
Peters Township staff and students marked the celebration of Veterans Day with many events on November 11. The Middle School Works television production crew welcomed Board Member Jason Camilletti to share his background in the U.S. Air Force as a fighter pilot. Our High School marching band proudly took part in the Veterans Day Parade, and students at Pleasant Valley Elementary had a Zoom call with a classmate’s dad who is currently deployed. Over the past few weeks, our students also made thank you cards and letters that were delivered to our service men and women in the Middle East in time for Veterans Day.
