Bentworth finds creative solutions to reopening needs
Bentworth School District | Posted on
Bentworth School District is preparing for a successful school year for students, whether they learn remotely or at the school buildings. Plexiglass shields have been installed on every elementary student’s desk. Although the cost for these shields was prohibitive, the district found a creative solution. Bentworth purchased 100 sheets of plexiglass and the administration team worked throughout the summer to cut and bend 500 shields for students at a much lower cost overall. Additionally, the district created a video to communicate to parents and the community about how educators and administrators have prepared for the school reopening. Watch it here.
